Meet the founder
Kiesha Nix
Kiesha Nix is a philanthropic leader, community advocate, and strategist who has spent more than two decades turning resources into opportunities and opportunities into lasting impact. Throughout her career, Kiesha has worked at the intersection of business, philanthropy, sports, and community. Her leadership has helped direct resources to more than 100,000 young people across Southern California, supported the development of 40+ basketball courts, reading rooms, STEM labs, and programs designed to help underserved communities thrive.
Prior to her work in professional sports and philanthropy, Kiesha spent more than 21 years with Bank of America and Merrill Lynch, building a foundation in business, community relations, and private wealth. Her career has been defined by a simple belief: when organizations align their resources with purpose, they have the power to transform communities. In 2026, Kiesha founded Nix Impact Consulting to bring that experience to organizations seeking to turn good intentions into meaningful, measurable, and sustainable impact. Through Nix Impact Consulting, she brings together strategy, relationships, philanthropy, and community insight to help organizations build initiatives that matter.
Recognized by Sports Illustrated as one of the Top 100 Influential Black Women in Sports, Kiesha continues to champion leaders and organizations committed to creating a better future for the communities they serve.
